How long before an order is processed?
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days from the time you place the order. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change my order?
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. In this time, if you change your order, we will try to make the adjustment. However, if the order has already been shipped, your order cannot be changed or edited.
How can I change my shipping address for an order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, however once your order has shipped there is nothing we can do. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. and we will help with your request.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. In this time, if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at email@example.com. However, if the order has already been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for Canada, USA and UK are expected to ship between 2 – 5 business days. International orders are expected to ship between 7- 21 business days from the shipment date.
Please note: the above shipping dates are estimates. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the exact location, postal service, and weather conditions.
Are there any additional shipping charges on International orders?
We advise contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for information on local importing fees that may be added to your shipment.
How do I track my order?
Please note we currently do not provide tracking for our shipments.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
What is the policy regarding currency values and conversion rates?
Prices are reflective of the country users are visiting from. In US, UK and Australia, prices are in US Dollar, British Pounds and Australian Dollar respectivily. For everywhere else including Canada, prices are in Canadian Dollars. Halal Socks is not responsible for any currency exchange fees. All fees are subject to your bank and credit card terms.
Is my personal information secure on your website?
Halal Socks does not store any payment information on its website. All transactional information is processed by an external payment processor; a technologically advanced and secure platform is used for receiving to help prevent fraud.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
You may exchange or return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Halal Socks only accepts returns and refunds on unused socks with labels and packaging still intact. When returning items, please attach a brief note that includes your name, order number and reason for return/exchange. Once your original order is received, allow 1-3 business days to process the return/exchange.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges. Halal Socks is not responsible for any returned items lost in the shipping process.
How to Return or Exchange?
Contact us and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return. Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.
If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
Halal Socks Complaint Policy
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new socks or a refund, depending on your wish.
